What are your feelings about Charlie’s relationship with Quinn? Even though at times it seems genuine, it often appears incredibly manipulative and just a way to ensure Quinn doesn’t go back to Olivia.

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but I can never decide who does the better Superman voice, you or Tim Daly, because you both do such great jobs. That being said, I have absolutely loved your work in Justice League, JLU as well as some of the films, specifically Superman vs The Elite. Your portrayal of a Superman who would do ANYTHING to win the fight at the end, only to come off as acting was incredible.

I guess my question is, how does it feel to be seen by so many as the voice of Superman?

GN: IT HAS BEEN A BLAST….ESPECIALLY WORKING WITH BRUCE TIMM. I KNOW TIM DALY…WORKED ON A TV MOVIE TOGETHER….YEAH, WE HAVE DIFFERENT TAKE ON SUPES….:)

You started your career playing sweethearts, but somewhere around 2005, you started playing truly creepy (I loved Reunion) characters. How did that switch come about, and which were your two favorite characters from the two different Newbern eras?

GN: HA! THANKS. MAYBE ITS HAVING 3 KIDS THAT MADE ME SO CRAZY 🙂

I LOVED THE SERIES BULL FOR TNT, AND SCANDAL IN THE “NEW “ERA.

To say that season 3 has been full of surprises is a vast understatement. What has been the biggest surprise in your life?

GN: THAT IM STILL WORKING. 🙂

AND HOW MUCH I LOVE MY KIDS… AND WIFEY.

I was looking at your wiki page and was suprised to see you have voiced Sephiroth on numerous occasions. He is such an iconic video game villian, so I was wondering how familiar were you with the character when you first got that role?

GN:  NOT AT ALL….NOW I KNOW HOW BIG HE IS AROUND THE WORLD….WOULD LOVE TO DO MORE!

And what is Guillermo like as a person. Before Scandal all I can think of him is his character in Half Baked.

GN: HE IS THE BOMB. WE SCREAM LAUGHING ALL THE TIME. HES A GIGGLING CHILD LIKE ME.

Hi there, love you in Scandal, your character is delightfully evil and creepily caring about Quinn. How do you get into character, do you picture anything, or maybe have an experience you draw from? Also, what other tv series would you love to get a part in?

GN: THE WRITERS ARE SO GOOD, THEY MAKE IT EASY. I TRY TO FIND THE POSITIVE SPIN ON EVERYTHING WITH CHARLIE. MAKES THE DARK SIDE MORE INTERESTING. WOULD LOVE TO WORK ON MAD MEN.

How far did you go into your career before you felt like this was going to be the way you made your living permanently. ? You felt secure as an actor?

GN:  I THINK AFTER ABOUT 10 YEARS I REALIZED I COULD MAKE THIS THING WORK….BUT HAVING TO BE CAREFUL WITH $$$$ 🙂

Why are you yelling at me?

I am sure you have seen colleagues get one job and think they were going to be rolling in dough from that day forward. I have seen it with kids with a minimum wage job so I bet it is fairly common in your business.

GN: MISS IT! ALTHOUGH I SEEM TO DO AT LEAST A COUPLE OF GAMES/MOVIES A YEAR.

What was Steve Martin like to work with?

GN: SUPER SMART….NICE, RESERVED, BUT HILARIOUS.

What does it feel like to kill peoples in a show? (like Scandal) Isn’t it weird? Or cool ?

GN: A LITTLE WEIRD. ESPECIALLY SINCE CHARLIE SEEMS TO DO IT LIKE HES GOING TO THE GROCERY STORE. LAND OF MAKE BELIEVE ALL THIS IS. 🙂

Charlie creeps me out but his relationship with Quinn is very intriguing. I would love to get a glimpse in to his past to see what happened to make him the way he is, and to see if there is any hope in “bringing him toward the light”.

Honestly I would love to see what he could do at OPA if he were to have a change in mindset. Do you think we’ll see an evolution in his character next season? Can’t wait!
